Sleep is an indispensable elemental human need. Everyone needs sleep and according to the information, people spend more than a third of the time during life on sleeping. If you have a good sleep, you will enjoy a pleasant day; however, you will feel sleepy and weary if you get a bad sleep. Good sleep can refresh and rejuvenate your body and soul; bad sleep can make for a miserable day, week, month, or even year.

What we need when we sleep? A comfortable bed, warm quilt, soft mattress, and of course, you need an appropriate pillow. But is one pillow enough? You may answer me quickly: Yes! I’ll tell you: Maybe not!

Many people complain about they want to have a quality sleep nut they find it is very difficult, even they can’t find a comfortable position to fall asleep. Some people wake up in the morning with a pain on their neck or back. Maybe you will think about there are something wrong with your sleep position. In fact, a little pillow can solve this problem. Avoid tossing and turning by using proper pillow placement to align the spine and muscles for optimal relaxation.

But how can we do if we sleep on our side with a pillow? Many people like sleeping on the right side because doctors tell them it is good for their heat. Sleeping on your side is also called fetal position. Then why not Place a pillow between your legs if you sleep on your side? It will support your hips and make this position more comfortable.

Using a Pillow while Sleeping on the Stomach-Actually sleeping on your stomach is the worse choice of sleeping position due to it's difficult to maintain the mid-line position, and it is more likely to cause aches and pains. But if you have been used to sleeping face down, you can place a pillow under the hips to take stress off of your lower back and neck.

Maybe you don’t believe a little pillow have the function to make you sleep better, but you can have a try with it.
