Wandering Around Dublin – The Beautiful Capital
The English name – Dublin is derived from the Irish name Dubh Linn, meaning "black pool". Dublin city is situated near the midpoint of Ireland's east coast, at the mouth of the river liffey, and at the centre of the Dublin region. The land area is approximately 115 km2. It has a border of low mountain range to south. It has flat farmland inside.
Dublin is the capital of Ireland in all manners. Dublin is not only a business hub; it is also modern centre of education, the arts, admirable administration and growing industries. Its very rich history also attracts historians. Dublin is one of the Europe’s twinkling cities popping out with creativity. Irish people may have good time in Dublin. The Poolbeg Towers are also iconic features of Dublin and are visible in many spots around the city. Another attraction of Dublin is green land. Dublin is greener than any other capital of Europe. I can not resist myself mentioning Phoenix Park, Herbert Park and St Stephen's Green. The park has also Dublin Zoo and Ashtown Castle sometimes Music concerts are also performed by many singers and musicians.
Dublin is full of literary famous figures. George Bernard Shaw, Noble laureates, Samuel Beckett, Oscar Wilde, Jonathan Swift has enriched Dublin with their creativity. Dublin’s nightlife is unforgettable. It is One of Europe’s most youthful cities. Temple Bar is most popular among tourist for night life. Leeson Street, Harcourt Street, South William Street are also famous for night life. Dublin is also popular for shopping for locals and tourists. Along with historical and contemporary attractions, Ireland government has emphasized on transportation. Road networks are very good so tourists can easily select the option of car rentals in Ireland.
