As the country has evolved from what it was years back to what it is now alongside technology has even emerged itself and has transformed the country to be technology oriented. Even the smallest object that is used runs on a particular technology so as to be operated easily. It can be easily quoted that India is technically well equipped now which has employed many individuals may it be to create or to operate or to support it to be operated.

Technology has created its own path in the lives of all the individuals may it be in any form – television, radio, cell phones, computers etc. and all these require Technical support or tech support which is a range of services providing assistance to technology products or other electronic or mechanical goods whenever needed for proper functioning. In general, technical support services attempt to help the user solve specific problems with a product—rather than providing training, customization, or other support services like the way it’s done in the organizations.

The internet is also a good source for freely available tech support, where experienced users may provide advice and assistance to the problems that may arise within the organization and even to the clients online if they have the professionals to look into the matter and solve it with just the assistance of the tech support team online instead of physically being there.

There are different kinds of tech support available, one of the type of technical support has been very common in the service industry is known as "Break-Fix" IT Support. The concept behind this type of support is that the customer pays for the materials (Hard Drive, Memory, Computer, etc.) as well as pays the technician based on their pre-negotiated rate when they have a problem. Professionals managing the tech support have to be available on a 24/7 basis for the internal and external issues related to computer. And the need of these professionals is growing in demand looking at the growing IT industry.
