Such instruments cannot measure women’s beauty. An industry could support a standard for a product, and many times, it really needs it. By using standards, various industries could achieve the optimization of quality.
However, a woman is born beautiful and will not need to undergo a whole process of standardization in order to demonstrate this quality. She is not a consumer product but a unique human being. Therefore, a woman is superior to any standard made by man.

Even so, we could compare a woman with another one. Nevertheless, the conclusion can only be subjective. It will reflect only a specific point of view and reveal impressions of specific benchmarks under the influence of culture, education, or the social environment of the individual who judges it.

It is obvious in our society that there is an interest and tendency to standardize the woman beauty. If a woman is the manifestation of nature, trying to standardize her beauty may be similar to trying to create standard landscapes around us.

... this happened, most probably we would greatly admire any variation that broke the monotony. Could we ever consider that the oak tree forests is obsolete as a beauty standard and to try to replace it all with something exotic like palm trees just because they are in trend now?

By its variety, nature itself is beauty. Moreover, we cannot limit its beauty by any standard created by man. Man has always been tempted to reduce complexity. Thus, it is easier to him to generate certain meanings in order to serve his own interest. Standardization in this sense is a measure capable of meeting specific human purposes.
