Causes Of Cellulite
Cellulite is one of the most common problems women try to deal with everyday.
The excess fat beneath the skin, is uneven causing a bumpy, dimply appearance of the skin.
Men can get cellulite as well but it is not as common in men as it is in women.
The cellulite mostly appears on the buttocks or thighs which are more fat parts of the women's body.
The causes of cellulite:
1. Genes - women have more fat on the thighs and buttocks for pregnancy causes, some women have more fat than others and some have less fat, depending on the family genes.
2. Hormones imbalance- excess of the female hormone, estrogen, can cause weakening of the connective tissues which allows fat to get into the tissues and creates the bumpy texture of the skin.
3. Nutrition- People who don't watch their diet and eat junk food have more toxics and fat in their body which being transferred under the tissues causing cellulite.
4. Diets- Losing and gaining a lot of weight might cause cellulite appearance on the skin.
5. Smoking- smoking can cause weakening of the connective tissues which allows fat into ...
... these tissues and creates the dumplings on the skin.
There are many ways to treat cellulite, some works better than others. The results are very individual and each woman should find the best treatment for her cellulite.
There are also natural ways to treat the cellulite by using seaweeds, oils, like rosemary oil, sesame oil, cinnamon oil, and more.
There are various products which can treat the cellulite, like special creams and lotions.
There are also different kinds of devices for cellulite treatment which can be used at home or in beauty salons.
The best result may come when combining the treatments with a balanced diet, which includes, vegetables, fruit, whole bran, and more; exercise, even only a daily walk; special massages; quitting smoking, and more.
