One of the most amazing aspects seen in the temple is with each passing hour of the day; these richly carved columns change their color from golden to pale blue. This is one of its kind of artistic brilliance seen anywhere in the world.

Another great feature of this temple is its shape. This temple is shaped like heavenly aircraft or Nalinigulm Vimana that Danna Shah saw in his dreams. The construction of the temple is very complex as it has chambers inside and four main separate entrances. All these chambers open in a main hall which houses the image of Adinath. This image is surrounded by many other shrines and domes.

You can judge the complexity of the structure by the fact that it took 65 years to get completed. Two other temples, worth visiting there are dedicated to Parsavanath and Surya God. First one is known as the Patriyon Ka Mandir having pierced windows with Jain figures. Other one is dedicated to God Surya and is called the Surya Narayan Temple having an idol of Sun God.
