If you want to get more sleep in order to improve the quality of work or study, you must master these tips of how to take a snooze. Different people have different style to sleep. Here are several tips which can help you get a high quality nap.

Firstly, you should find a comfortable place or posture to take a snooze. Many people try various ways and then find the most important premise is a right place or posture. Some people cannot find a comfortable place so that they have to slumber on the desk or support head with their hands. If your working place isn’t nap-friendly, you can choose in your cars.

Actually, drinking a cup of coffee, your gastro-intestinal tract needs 45 minutes to absorb. It will lessen your feeling of sleepy when you wake up.
