Being proactive while publishing vital information…..it is very much possible for you to not be able to contact the site owner or get a refusal from him/her to take your content off the site.

Suppose the business you are running is being hurt by the negative reviews given over the site in question and is taking a toll on the reputation of your business. You should try and lower the visibility of those search results publishing proactively.

Your goal should be to get more and more people see what you actually want them to rather than what you don’t and outperform the negative and embarrassing results in this manner.

Also when you have people writing harmful things about you get someone to write something positive and good for you. For exam a blogger in this regard would be helpful in improving your image.
