3. Garlic is said to have antifungal properties. So eating raw garlic is very effective for treating this condition of this itching problem. You can also take 2-3 cloves of garlic blended with one cup of olive oil.

4. You should eliminate the sugar from your diet. Increase the intake of grains and all the other foods which boost your immune system.

5. Prefer to wear loose cotton garments as it will prevent friction from the skin and thus reduces the symptoms.
