Unlike vitamins which are produced by plants, minerals are present in the soil. Dissolved in the water, they are imbibed into the plant through the roots, and become part of the food chain. . Using unnatural, dangerous methods, to enhance one’s physique is simply asking for trouble, because they tend to push your body to the limits.
