Depending on your school, you may have already been signed up for classes that are required for graduation. You'll also be responsible for monitoring your progress online, through the syllabus and any other checklists available to you. While this may seem like a lot, it's really not. It's the equivalent of checking your e-mail and writing responses, and reading several websites to find some answers. The advantage is that because you're already online, you can do more research than you would if you were in the middle of a classroom and trying to discuss a topic.

While how classes are taught in MBA degree online programs differ, the prestige of the degrees are very similar these days. Online-only programs are seen no differently from those from traditional institutions. It's important to keep in mind, though, that the prestige of the school itself will matter when it comes to applying for jobs.
