Every organization has people and these people are called the human resources of the organizations. No matter the size of the organization or its resources, the organization achieves the goal with the help of the capabilities and performance of its people. The function of Human Resources is generally administrative and common to all organizations. Efficient or effective management of Human resource progressed to an increasingly imperative and complex process. The HRMS consists of tracking existing employee data which traditionally includes personal histories, skills, capabilities, accomplishments and salary. To reduce the manual workload of these administrative activities, organizations began to electronically automate many of these processes by introducing specialized Human Resource Management Systems.
