Caring for your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health; the two goes hand in hand. Eat healthy foods to prevent physical ailments.
Try to control your moods and moderate them whenever necessary. Try to remain calm and cheerful, especially in stressful times. Limit alcohol and avoid cigarettes and other drugs. They have long-term negative consequences for mood and emotional health. What’s more, you can have a pet; animals can also get you out of the house for exercise and expose you to new people and places.
