Let Us Have A Good Mood

Everyone naturally wants to be happy and in a good mood. But sometimes they will feel depressed. Though, either physical illness or negative stress that happens in our lives turns our good moods sour. Sometimes it's just our own mind at work excessively worrying about this or that, being pessimistic, feeling irritated at someone else, or criticizing ourselves needlessly. But it's not a good idea to wallow in those bad feelings -- if you learn how to keep yourself happy, you'll likely avoid a lot of the problems. And the same time with a little knowledge and practice, we can successfully change our bad moods back into good moods.
In order to rid ourselves of a bad mood, it might be as simple as just remembering to count the blessings in our lives--our family, our friends, our jobs , our homes, our health, etc. and you can talk to your parents, friends, or teachers, and tell them what is going on. It is amazing how much better you feel after talking about your problems.
Sometimes remembering all of our blessings reminds us how lucky we are. It also serves to remind us that our blessings outweigh whatever it was ...
... that we are allowed to put us in a bad mood. And Think about your goals in life, and how happy and fulfilled you'll be when you complete them.
Other times, though, we are experiencing a bad mood because we have a conflict brewing inside our inner selves. Maybe a negative past experience has reared its ugly head and you are busy berating yourself-- Why didn't I do that differently? I made a fool out of myself! I wish I could change what happened years ago...You know that you can't change the past, so why worry about it? Let it go along with your bad mood and learn to live for today. You just need do like this :
Keep a "Happy Moments" journal where you record your best memories, successes, achievements, and the moments you felt great. When you feel down, read them and remember how great you are. You will feel better.
Did you ever realize how if you allow even a little bit of negative thinking into your thinking process, that it can spoil your good mood? Negative thinking is counted productive as well as self-defeating, and it makes you feel worse! Do you honestly think that anyone since the beginning of time ever accomplished anything worthwhile when they were in a bad mood? Think about it. If you don't feel well, your mood tends to be bad. But, some medical research has associated healing with a positive, optimistic outlook on life! So you should Smile. Studies show that smiling, even if you're not actually happy, can boost your mood and make you truly smile.
You can do everything you have not do, ever do something crazy. Dance in the dark. Scream as loud as you possibly can. Eat a big bowl of something you know you shouldn't. Talk to the wall. Go buy a cat. Join a club. Form a band. Do something crazy that you would never otherwise do... and the sudden burst of energy can lift you up.
