I started to walk with high heels when I was 15, which was when I had my dance. It was a strange feeling to walk heel shoes about 3 or 4 inches. That's when I started to like high heels. It took me a long time to manage the way you walk at my best with it. I know there are some women out there who do not know how to walk with them. One reason is probably fear of falling and already some may even intimidate the high heels. Others may think it is like to use and comfortable flats and sneakers instead.

However, there are times that require us to wear heels. Even if not mandatory, but the formality and fashion, is highly recommended. Do not panic yet.
