Disaster management is an ongoing dynamic process. The process of mitigating, preparing, responding and recovering of an emergency situation is called Disaster management. Different methods, tools are used by disaster relief organizations in order to save and reduce precious human lives and to reduce the sufferings of effected people in any emergency situation. Providing Relief to the sufferers of the effected areas is something that is equally important as the rescue operation. Most catastrophic event are very short for example Earth quacks only range for 30 seconds to 1 minute but there effects are long lasting having large aerial extent. Here in case of Earth quacks giving rescue operation starts immediately and is of utmost important because there earth quacks can not be predicted so there is always chance for heavy human lives loss. On the contrary, Hurricanes and Tornadoes are easily detected and there warnings are issued on radio and television, in this case disaster relief organizations have to plan organized relief operation more than rescue as people will be vacated from the effected area but they will need food and shelter therefore, relief operation in this case is of much importance than rescue operation.

Disaster relief organizations are working worldwide with the aim of saving the humanity and help reducing the sufferings of effected people where ever they might are. This needs skills and well managed operations and not an easy job to do, there are many organizations that are working for the relief of suffered humanity worldwide. Disaster relief organizations works in two phases which are rescue and relief respectively. They work before, during and after the disaster in order to make sure there are no areas which are left untouched and un-rescued.
