Are you looking for new and exciting things to do in your spare time? Fed up with your usual day out excursions? If you answered yes then you're reading from the same book as me. I am fed up and need something exciting to look forward too, so I decided to do some research and find some different and extreme days out experiences. Luckily with the net this is easy and here is what I have come up with:

I have sound something I have been looking for some time but didn't know its name, well it's called Sphereing. Have you seen those big plastic balls in adverts recently where a person is safely harnessed into the sphere and rolled down a hill? That is sphereing and it sounds like serious fun. Apparently you reach speeds of up to 30mph! Looking at costs it's not that expensive, around £50 a person. You can try aqua sphereing where water is included in the sphere or air sphereing which is flying a sphere in a vertical wind tunnel. Sounds fab, must try it.

How about having a go at flying a read 737? Ok not quite for real but flight simulators are the closest way of flying a plane without going through intensive ...
... training. After a pre-flight briefing you get to take the controls and have a go at your first take off. You will have an experienced pilot alongside you for support.

This is another idea for a day out which isn't quite as extreme as some of the above but sounds great fun anyway and that is movie tours. Getting behind the scenes of how films and popular shows are made would make an unusual day out.

There are plenty of driving experiences out there but one I found which interested me is the tank driving experience. I have never been a fan of the army or wars but I have always wanted to have a look inside and drive a tank. But as I have mentioned the military I may as well mention you can go on a weekend survival camp experience and tank battle paintballing which sounds brilliant fun. You can also go on a woodlands laser comat which sounds like a great day out for a bunch of friends.

Families might like to try an aerial extreme day out. This is a high rope adventure which is completely safe as you are clipped on by rope so you are in no danger. This shouldn't take any of the adrenaline out though as some of the obstacle courses look quite frighteningly high. But all the same something different for a day out.
Brit Movie Tours offer a huge range of London tours including Harry Potter Studio Tours and BBC Tours.
