Hebrew language is very different from other kinds of languages, because the word is written from the left to the right, and the sentence is written from the left to the right, so that the Hebrew magazine, Hebrew books, newspapers, as well as all of Hebrew books is opposite to our usual books, because these books are written beginning from the back cover, this kind of method is very similar to the method we used in old times, so when we have approach to Hebrew books, we will be unfamiliar to this way of reading, but it is exactly very interesting.

There is a kind of guttural pronunciation in Hebrew language which is very difficult for the Chinese learners. I have a properly "research" on Hebrew people's own sounds. And I found that my little tab in the part of my throat is much more smaller than the Hebrew's. I guess that probably because they were trained to make use of the sound, so their organs are much more developed. But I am shy to ask more people to show their throats to me, so the speculation is still to be verified.

In my opinion, the people who learn Hebrew when they are at school have a orderly and concise ...
... thinking. It is very simple for them because this language is very concise, and the words are very short. The subject and the the predicate are often combined in one sentences, in addition the word itself is very short, so this kind of language is very concise. Of course there also are some long words most of which are the foreign words. Because the modern Hebrew language is based on the ancient Hebrew which contains many modern words, and these modern words have the same pronunciation with English, so during my learning process of this kind of language, I love these word very much.

These is a special word we must pay attention to, it is "SHALOM". It means "peace", and it is used as the meaning of "Hello or Goodbye", and this word is used by countless times in Israel every day, so it is no doubt that this word is a well-intentioned "irony" to Israel which is full of constant fighting.

If you are very interested in this kind of language, you had better buy some books about this kind of language to read, and you will find that it is a much easier langauge for you to learn. When you meet with some new words, you can nake use of some special learning software such as Rosetta Stone Hebrew to help you with your study.

Browsing through all the things above, maybe you have learned something on learning a foreign language, especially the one you have chosen. Want to learn more, click Rosetta Stone Japanese and
