You want to make sure they have experience working with a company like yours and providing the services that you want them to. It is not always a good idea for you to go with the lowest bidder but you should try to find an outsourcer that is reasonably priced. It can be helpful if you have a budget in mind that spells out how much you want to pay for specific services.
