Talk about Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi and Koh Phi Phi and you will get nods from several Singaporeans.

Heavily visited, these beach islands are the preferred choice for travel lovers in Singapore. These islands are well connected with travel facilities.

These beach islands are close to Thailand. Phuket is the largest island located in southern side of Thailand. Krabi, Koh Phi Phi, and Koh Samui are the nearby islands of Phuket. Koh Samui is also called as Samui.

Beaches always bring more happiness to the travelers. There are so many things to discover in the beach countries. So I suggest you to prefer taking an island trip in and around Singapore. You can enjoy huge islands in Malaysia. I really had a good time travelling to an Island based in Kuala Terengganu. It is called Pulau Perhentian. It is the wonderful island for playing, sitting and diving. Many snorkelling hot spots are there to roam around. Now let’s switch to travelling options to Phuket.

Flights to Phuket from Singapore:

Phuket is outfitted with the largest international airport. When you take a flight from Singapore to Phuket, ...
... you will reach this international airport which is positioned at the north of the island. It is the second largest hub,2nd to Bangkok.

Direct flights (one-way):

You can travel through the below mentioned airlines and they offer 1 to 3 direct flights regularly to Phuket from Singapore.

• Jetstar
• Tiger airways
• Air Asia

The ticket charges may vary based on the seasons. The flight charge is $160 during the peak seasons and costs $40 during the off peak seasons.

Travel to Koh Phi Phi from Phuket:

Departing from Phuket, you can take a 1.5-hour ferry travel to Koh Phi Phi, which several explain as a beautiful island.

It expenses 700 baht for adults, and departs at 8:30am and 1:30pm.

Trip to Samui from Phuket:

Travelling facilities from Phuket to Koh Samui is extremely comfortable. There are three to five flights every day from Phuket to Koh Samui.
Also Bangkok airways provide direct flights to Koh Samui and it charges from $106.

From Krabi, there are every day ferry rides to Koh Phi Phi (which is also accessible via Phuket; see above.) They depart from 9:30am and 2:30pm, with more ferry rides extra in the peak season. Tickets expense 450 baht when obtained from a tour agent.

Flight from Singapore to Koh Samui (one-way):

There is a direct flight available to travel to Koh Samui from Singapore. Bangkok airways runs a flight and it charges $385. It normally requires 90 minutes to reach Koh Samui from Singapore as it normally requires from Phuket.

Best season to go to Phuket:

Phuket is a very hot island. The summer time commences for the duration of the month of May to October. During this season, Phuket will get rain in the night and has bad waters. So it is not the correct time for water sports.

The winter begins from November to February. The temperature for the duration of the winter season is tolerable with 25-33 ºC.

Phuket will get the thunderous rainfalls in the night and the noon in the course of the winter season. Nevertheless, travelers can visit the western beaches and play water games.

Climate in Koh Phi Phi:

Beginning of the month of January to the month of April will be the very hot season in Phi Phi. The rainy monsoon starts from May to December.
The temperature is tolerable in all the season. The typical temperature ranges from 25 ºC to 32 ºC.

Climate is another factor that we have to remember while planning a trip to any country. Especially when you plan to visit Island countries, weather condition is really important. You will have a good time if you plan according to the monsoon and it is really dangerous travelling to island during the rainy season. We heard this from our friends. They experienced the worst time being at the hotel room in an island as they took trip during the rainy season.

Krabi:

Through the month of November to April, Krabi dwells in fantastic climate. It is warm and gets some rainfall. It would be the wonderful time to take pleasure in water rafting, diving and other water sports.

Koh Samui:

Koh Samui has dry climate. It begins from January and ends in September. Beginning from the October till December, it will be moist season.
