Imagine a typical corporate event. A medium sized room is packed with a couple of hundred of a company's employees. This is probably a scenario with which any human resource expert is more than familiar. Although the goals of corporate events are usually quite admirable and even exciting to the planners, often the day does not play out as well as anticipated in practical terms to the employees and managers in attendance.
