Dental care is a crucial aspect of maintaining good health. • Mouthwash: Using a mouthwash that contains fluoride kills bacteria responsible for plaque formation that causes cavities and gum diseases. Mouth washing twice a day gives better results.
• Regular visits: Regular dentist visits once in every 6 months help in identifying the dental problems at early stages, and thus preventing major problems.
