Most women are keen on knowing how to reduce their tummy after delivery as during pregnancy most women would have gained weight especially around the abdominal area which is not healthy in the long run and is also unsightly. In fact research has shown that each time the mother nurse her child, breastfeeding tends to burn almost 500 calories.
