Cardline has developed an alternative to what one considers Plastic Cards, Instead of using PVC as its printing core and lamented overlay, we use a “Synthetic Paper” and a Polyester Laminated overlay.This gives the plastic card the same indestructible properties as a PVC card but offers greater flexibility(higher “snap back” qualities). Because PVC cards have a high production cost, by using this Polyester production method, it now means that the production cost of Polyester cards has become more cost effective to all businesses, whether they be large or small.
