This program was instituted to secure the items from being misplaced or stolen by antisocial elements. The process was introduced as a centralized identification system of both domestic and internationally circulating products. One important criterion regarding the coding is that all items are secured by a permanent marking system. The identity code can either be a number or can be in a binary format. What is interesting is that all the records are data-fed.
