Condominiums include facilities such as a community pool which could be shared by the neighborhood. Units of condos are generally situated near the key locations as well as business areas. This makes it easier for working people to avoid rush hours.

Now let’s outline some of the bad points about the condos, let’s start with the most irritating point which is noise from the neighbors including both the units above and the below. As we know noise also causes pollution and disturbs a person a lot. Cons of the condos also include a very big issue which is that there is not parking area attached with the home, you have to park your car at common area which is not out of danger robbery or anyone can harm your car easily. Condos also don’t carry a yard with them, association fees and CC&R restrictions are also a main point which makes condos a bad option to live. If you want to rent the units of your condos you should have the permit from the condominium board. Even if you want to make just the minor reformation with your unit without the consideration by the board it can’t be done.
