A Blog Explaining How I Found The Perfect Flooring For My Newly Decorated Home

I have been trying to avoid it for weeks now, but as a result of decorating my bedroom, the dirty, paint splattered carpet, just had to go.
So it was time to visit the flooring showroom to see what type of product was available . I was hoping to find the most appropriate flooring for my room, something that looked classic and stylish, without the gigantic price tag.
Whilst in the showroom. I was shown a range of samples from laminate flooring all the way to tile flooring and carpets, The sales representative was so informative and surprisingly cheerful considering it was a Monday. He listened as I told him my worries about wooden flooring. My main worry was that it would look cheap, many wooden floors these days remind me of a show home and not what you would have in your everyday home.
After an hour I came to a flooring I liked, a dark brown pine hardwood flooring. To me it looked like it could've been from an old house, discovered underneath an ageing carpet. The wood was dark brown with a vintage feel. It was just ideal for my bedroom. The sales rep told me this was one of the more ...
... popular styles with many people using it in bedrooms and living rooms.
I also mentioned that I have a dog and apparently wooden floors are easier to maintain than carpets. Stains can be cleaned up more effectively and dust can be swept up including the odd dog hair. The people at the showroom advised me to keep my dogs nails trimmed to prevent scratches on my new flooring. I even got to take a sample home with me and after days of pondering I concluded it was time to get pine wooden flooring in my bedroom.
Many of my friends already have wooden flooring, but there are so many varieties. From traditional wood like Pine and Oak all the way to artificially distressed and bamboo, all of which look great and can add a twist to any kind of room. Whilst I was there I also had a quick look at the range of tiling and laminate flooring and I think I have already found the perfect floor for my bathroom!!
It has almost been two weeks now since a Hardwood floors dallas company installed wooden flooring and my bedroom already looks much more spacious. Not only does it look stylish but it adds a finishing touch to the bedroom It is easy to clean and it is a lot cosier than I originally thought it would be, but to make it more so I added a vintage rug at the bottom of my bed.
My wooden floor has made my house look very elegant and there are styles and colours to suit every taste. Whether you would like it to look vintage or contemporary, there is a hardwood flooring for everyone.
