Fix Microsoft Office Crash Errors With Clean Installation
It has been a long time since I am using Microsoft Office. It helps me in making my work faster and quicker. I still remember those days when all the work was done on papers and was hard to maintain them. Microsoft with the release of Office suite has made my life easy and work efficiently. Microsoft has been updating Office suite with new capabilities to give better and efficient performance. Here I would like to discuss some common MS office crash issues which you may have encountered. The fix for them is very easy.
Error reports :
1. Restart Microsoft office outlook send error report occurred when you open the attachment file of any office file.
2. Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Error Signature:
AppName: Winword.exe AppVer: 11.0.5604.0 AppStamp: 3f314a2f
ModName: Winword.exe ModVer: 11.0.5604.0 ModStamp: 3f314a2f
fDebug: 0 Offset: 00071e02
Possible Reason:
When you open any Office Application they use the default template, in case that default template goes corrupt you get these error motioned above. The default template name is Normal.dot.

Need not to worry you can fix these issues yourself. No need to call Microsoft for this small reason. If you have the MS office disk with you it can be fixed then and there. Try the following steps in the sequence it is.
1.Uninstall Office from Add and Remove Program.
•Click on Start -> Choose Control Panel
•Select Add and Remove Program.
•Look for Microsoft Office version.
•Uninstall it completely.
2. Delete Normal.dot.
•Go to C:\Documents and Settings\ \Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
•Delete Normal.dot in this folder or rename the file Normal.dot to some other name.
3. Delete the files for Microsoft Office from program files.
Open the location C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office and delete all the files and folders. Does not worry you will not delete any of your data, this location only has the installation files of the Microsoft.
4. Delete the Temp files. Now delete the temporary files of the computer.
•Click on start -> type Temp click ok.
•Delete everything from this location.
•Click on start -> type %Temp% click ok.
•Delete everything from this location.
5. Reinstall Office again. The last and final step is to reinstall Microsoft package again. Try installing from the original disk because the dump that you have may be corrupt.
