The legs should be positioned in such a manner so that the hip stem can be inserted. Since the level of force cannot be ascertained, one might come up with fractures in the leg bones. Now, if the equipment is somehow not positioned correctly, the implants have high chances to get misplaced leading to dislocation and therefore a painful joint.
