There is no uniform definition on the age of adolescence. The World Health Organization defines it between 14 and 44 years, but from the perspective of human growth, development, maturation and aging, it is suitable to define it between 18 and 35 years old.

The period during 18 to 35 years old is the peak of physiological functions. As for cancer, it is also the result of chronic injury of long time, and it is useful to prevent from young ages. For example, hepatitis B virus will develop into live cancer after ten years’ activity in the liver; 10 years of Helicobacter pylori infection could transfer into gastric cancer. So, we can see that the occurred cancer in middle age comes from the root in adolescence.

What’s more, the pains of waist or legs in middle age also resulted from the excessive exhaustion, musculoskeletal health and exercise. The muscle of every part is composed of muscle fiber and its tension is limited. If young people overuse it beyond the limit, the result is horrible.
