Building relationships is another crucial aspect of social media. Even traditional marketing cannot deny how powerful social media is in building relationships. It is not merely on the number of people who is connected to you but how they interact with what you say. Marketing has become a method to adapt to the needs of the market while still offering something that will spark a conversation and make them react. This is why this method is widely used nowadays. Also, people can keep on talking and talking and it can reveal a lot of things about what interests’ people. Though some consider this as a very ruddy method of acquiring data, an expert marketer can analyze such pieces of information and utilize them to further improve customer ties.
