A great program will additionally segment this information, meaning that you should be able to quickly and simply search for certain subgroups within your lead database, such as clients who visited you from Facebook or those who live in a certain area of the country.

Additionally the program should boast many features, other than just collecting information that are automated. For example, it should automatically remind you when you need to complete a follow up or call a client for some reason or another. Another feature that you need to search for is a program that will mail out promotional message and newsletters without prompting from you at scheduled times, based on individual clients.
