Trekking in the areas of Chiang Mai is a little difficult as the paths on the way are sometimes slanting and at another time you have to walk up on the hill, it is really adventurous and full of fun but tiring too. The site of Chiang Mai is really beautiful on the way to the treks you will see stunning waterfalls coming from hills, caves, waterways, wild flora and fauna, amazing colorful birds, porch covered with green grass. As this place has lots of greeneries you will find long stretched trees, vegetations that are not generally found in other areas.

Before you go for trekking in Chiang Mai, ask your guide about the total time within which you will complete the trek areas. Do have a site map with you before going for treks as this map will really help you in case there is any difficulty is tracing the destined path. Before you go for trekking you must know the weather forecasting so that you can have an idea about the climatic conditions and accordingly pack your bag.

Never forget to keep pain killers for normal headaches and body aches, you should also take some bandages and antiseptic ointment with you.

Different hill tribe lodge may or may not have same prices; you should enquire about the prices properly. If it goes well with your financial plans then it’s all right otherwise you can look for other options too, but never compromise on services. If a particular lodge is offering better services at a bit higher cost then never mind as it’s a question of pretty holidays which will be memorable to you for your lifetime.
