If you want to loose weight (which many of us do), herbs such as cassia seeds, ginseng, lotus leaf, ginko bilboa, apple cider or a combination of several herbs are thought to help in managing weight.

Most of these herbs can be part of your daily meals, giving you a completely natural way of obtaining optimal health. However, if you cannot prepare healthy organic meals daily, you can always consult your doctor for a herbal supplement which is easy to consume with almost no preparation.
