Voip providers are companies that offer businesses or consumers telephony services that are delivered over broadband networks using voice over IP.
Using IP telephony, Voip providers eliminate the requirement for businesses to invest in and maintain expensive telephone systems by allowing customers to connect to a shared carrier grade system located in a secure data centre. This type of service is often referred to as cloud based or hosted, particularly in the world of IT, as all of the expensive equipment and software is located in “the cloud” and maintained by the service provider.
Voip providers provide a much more flexible commercial and practical environment for businesses to use telephony by breaking down the traditional ties to premised based equipment. Using a Voip provider therefore allows businesses to access telephony services from anywhere connected to the internet. This is highly relevant in today’s business world where employees often work from multiple locations and from home.
Voxalis is a UK Voip provider based in central London servicing small to meduim sized enterprises throughout ...
... the United Kingdom. Established for over 5 years Voxalis are a market leader servicing nearly 10,000 users across hundreds of businesses. This enables Voxalis to offer a true business class service supported by highly qualified technical engineers.
The Voxalis hosted Voip service has powerful features, is simple to use, and highly scaleable enabling it to deliver services to very small companies to large SMEs with hundreds of users across multiple sites. Voip providerssuch as Voxalis are rapidly taking market share from the old business telephone system suppliers due to the increased flexibility and rapid return on investment that they offer their customers.
