The card comes in three different forms: Target Visa Credit Card, Target Credit Card, and Target Debit Card. There are no restrictions or limits on the 5% that you save, and there's no annual fee; however, there is a $35 penalty fee and a $25 fee for returned payments. Apply for your REDCard on Target's website or pick up an application in your local Target store.

• Sign Up for Target's Mobile Coupon Program
