Every kind machine has certain service life. If you want to use your laser engravers or laser cutters for a long time, you now can see the following detailed rules about maintenance:
1.Linear Guide
Using laser engravers or laser cutters for a long time, the smoke and dust produced during engraving or cutting will corrode linear guide, so we should maintain guide rail at fixed period.
Firstly, we turn off the power of laser engravers or cutters. Using clean soft cloth clean guide rail and then cover with lubricating oil on linear guide. After finishing lubricating, we should slide slider to ensure lubricating oil into the slider internal.
2.Wipe reflecting mirrors and focus lens.

3.Oiling Bearing
Laser cutters use a lot of bearings. In order to guarantee good cutting and engraving effect, part of bearings need regular oiling (except oil-retaining bearing). You can use clean soft cloth wiping off the dust on bearings, absorb engine oil with needle tubing, and then inject oil into bearings.
4.Adjust synchronous belt.
The transmission system of laser cutters includes several synchronous belts. If synchronous belt loose, it will make the engraved words double; if synchronous belt too tight, it will fray synchronous belt. After using for a period, we should adjust the synchronous belts.
5.Maintain Laser Tube
The laser tube of laser engravers use circulating water cooling. After using for a long period, there will have some white water scale in laser tube. We can add a few vinegar into circulating water to get rip of water scale. Then we use clean water to clean the inside of laser tube. Doing this can make laser tube in a best working conditions and the life time will increase.
