An interesting quote that I came across seems to hold a lot of truth. What do you think?
The more anger towards the past you carry in your heart, the less capable you're of loving in the present.

I agree :) Anger being negativity, we open our hearts to love and that negativity is removed then our hearts open more and more. The more your heart is open the more the love works to help you as the love flows when being an instrument and/or doing practices. Of course we're so lucky to be blessed to have all negativity removed not just anger. :)

Two years ago I had interested experience about anger. At midnight my children were very noisy in their bedroom so that I felt disturbed and embarrassed with the neighbors; I go to their bedroom and then struck one of them that were crying without asking what happened.

In the morning I completely couldn't channel reiki, not flow out anymore. In the afternoon I think out the incident last night and ...
... called my daughter that was stricken by me, and then I embraced and wipe off her head. Just in minutes, I could feel that reiki flow out again.

The fact is the anger emitted negative energy that caused obstruction my energy channels and the love could eliminate it.

Paulo wrote: When we burst or vent out Anger towards anyone else. Our etheric body becomes imbalance and clogs. If you can view your aura, you will noticed your Crown chakra getting smaller in sized, your Ajna, Throat and Solar Plexus are congested. And your front and back Heart chakra...depleted.

If you experienced Anger, all of the imbalance will not only weaken your aura, but as well as your chakra's. This is why; we will have difficulties in accessing Reiki flowing into us.

You could clearly see that she was getting frustrated and angry with the cash register as she didn't understand how to make it work properly.

Her boss walked up to her and so now instead of being able to express her anger for every one to see, she changed her expression to a whining sound so it wouldn't be as offensive. But I could feel clearly that she was still extremely angry. At that point I realised more about anger, that the reason why she was so angry was that she didn't have control over the cash register.

When I got home I read more about anger on the Internet. I read that people go on anger management courses to learn to control their anger better. I found this quite amusing because I feel that learning to be more controlling is the last thing that they need to learn more about. But on reading more on other courses I did find some that use relaxing and meditation as a solution :-) the surrender approach.

From the Reiki Tummo perspective: if you have a stronger heart (practice regularly to make improvements) and are in your heart with Inner Heart as Director you are not as likely to get angry or react as you once did. Letting the best part of you be in control enables you to not follow your negative emotions.

The other key is to be more aware of your behaviour. Unfortunately most people are unaware that they do bad things repeatedly and so they don't make any progress in fixing it. You're doing really well to already notice your behavior and so it shows your current level of awareness and how enlightened you are.

I hope you still want to keep improving. You have all the tools :-) to do so.
