All of the individuals have got different bodies; therefore, they have to adopt various approaches in building their muscles. The lifting of weight can add more strength to muscles. This activity should be repeated every day and the quantity of weight to be lifted should be slightly increased each day. The worker has to make it sure that each and every organ of his body is getting proper treatment during this exercise.

Eating adds enough calories to the body; therefore, eating food on proper time is an essential part of building muscles. Proteins and veggies wielding fruits, eggs, vegetables and meat should be taken on daily basis.
