All developers and builders who enter into this business initially invest very huge amount for possessing a good size of land bank at different locations of their choice. These new projects are governed by Govt. policies and other details. Antriksh Heights Gurgaon is also one of the big developers having its land bank throughout India.

1) If the new project is situated in agricultural green belt, then first of all a developer obtains change of land use(CLU) from the Director, Town and Country planning Deptt., Haryana, Chandigarh as well as environmental clearance from the forest Deptt. of Central or State Govt.
2) Thereafter building plan has to be got approved from the competent authority at Chandigarh (Haryana).
3) After construction, a completion certificate is to be obtained as per the site plan approved by the Haryana Govt.
4) Then comes the turn of fire fighting deptt. Who issues the completion certificate to this effect.

... 5) In case of high rising multi-storeyed building, a Height clearance NOC is to be obtained (soon after securing CLU) from Airport Authority of India ltd. New Delhi.
