Drink plenty of water daily and it is important to have a healthy body. Always prefer walk. You should walk daily at-least 2-3 Km; it will improve your blood circulation and fill your mind with the idea of being active.

Stretch your body before and after exercise, as it will safe your body form any type of injury.
Along with regular exercise you should take green and healthy diet because balanced and healthy diet will helps you a lot in keeping your physically fit.
Take proper rest because rest is necessary for a healthy body. Minimum 6 hours sleep is best necessary for every individual.

By following the above mentioned points you can be able to achieve your goal in less time and less affords .The Biggest Loser organized a weight loose contest.
