Internet offers a good window for people, we can observe all kinds of people, most people are fairer. This is also meeting the social groups form. How to get rid of frustration and achievements themselves, please look at the following failure's general character.

First, failures always refuse to face reality.

We often see many these people, they are unwilling to admit that other's progress and great career, refuse to realize their young. For example, if someone posted that a new engineer graduated make 20 million one year, there must have person to say that impossible. All in all, they don’t want to face the reality, they try to find some excuse to refuse other's achievements.

Second, the failure people will refuse to challenge.

Failure will not admit they retire when difficulties are coming. They have enough excuse, such as, why call me to do so many things; I just take a little money. Or this thing is not my business. In a word, on one side, he thinks his abilities are familiar with other people. On the other side, he thinks that these difficulties things should be done by them. He never thought ...
... that if he is a boss, why pay money for employee. He always think that his salary is very low, and have no high treat, so he often finds excuse to refuse difficult things, then waiting for his boss give more money to him. Once meeting the difficulties, they will retire; these people never receive opportunities.

Third, failure people have no goals.

Speaking strictly, failure is not really have no purpose, they will want to win the lottery of 500 million, or they desire to change a good leader. They want to learn more interview skills in order to come into a good company. But you can observe these goals, they must meet high leader, these dreams might come true. Otherwise, all of them just become an empty dream.

I want to ask you why are work. The answer is for you. You are working is not for boss or company, it just for you. And you should have a business mind to work, why? Whether every worker does business in the end? No, but you should realize that a company can offer a environment, which can come true your ideals. Some people would say that if you want to get such environment, you can find it. Others would say that you had recognized this environment.
