What happens after the course is complete?

You will receive a certificate which must be sent to the court that issued your traffic citation. The certificates are processed daily. If you complete the course by 3pm, your certificate will be processed and mailed that day. If the course is completed after 3pm, it will be processed the next business day. It takes about 5 business days to receive your certificate in the mail. If after 7 days you have not received your certificate, contact us. If you are pressed for time, there are overnight delivery options. We are not responsible for mailing your certificate to the court. A copy should be mailed immediately after receiving it.
