Is this a high end brand or a drugstore brand. Will this be only offered on particular high end stores? If this is marketed as a premium high end product, then it needs to be promoted in the proper location. How long will the activity last?
Evaluation
In this aspect, the sales consulting will not only look at the process but the whole setup. Did you employ the right people? What is the response of the crowd? How perceptive was the crowd to test the product? How will you quantify the results of this plan and how will this roll over to the actual sales of the product? What other tools did you implement for the project?
