How can we prevent this phenomenon? In fact, there are a lot of things to reduce its effects, maintaining your energy. According to experts’ suggestions, the following simple tips of avoiding afternoon slump help you feel full of energy during the afternoon’s work time.
Before lunch
First, out of the office, sit in the sun for ten minutes. This can help you reset the clock, and reduce the secretion of melatonin (sleep hormone) levels.
Second, take a short break during the morning. Use this time to relax. What’s more, you can drink tea or coffee, and eat some cookies. The consumption of food at this time can make you eat less at noon.
During lunch
