Washington DC is a city that is full of colors and amusements for the visitors and never disappoints its guests. The city has so much to offer to the tourists that they will have to spend ages in the city in order to explore it completely, this is the reason that Washington is never short of tourists. Besides tourism has taken up the form of an industry in Washington and supports the household and the families of many people.
When you come to Washington first thing that you should never forget to see is the Washington International airport. This is one of the largest and the busiest of all the airports in United States of America and receives hundreds of International and National flights daily. It has a large airbase where many aircrafts are stored. Also the airport contains small restaurants where you can enjoy your meals. The airport has many shops from where you can buy small gifts for your friends and family.

The Veterans Memorial contains the statues and photographs of the people who served United States in the Vietnamese War.

If you are in Washington with your children you should not forget to visit the National Zoo which is very famous for its pandas. There are many other parks in the city where you can love to travel and spend time with your family. Also you can visit many theatres to watch the plays. Ford’s theatre and the National Theatre are famous for their free performances. The city also houses many art galleries, monuments and museums that are worth visiting. The National Art Center is one of the famous places that contains a large number pictures and paintings.
