Award-winning property & alternative investment consultancy Property Frontiers is holding a seminar dedicated to the rapidly growing alternative investment product, namely Bamboo investment. Bamboo investments are predicted to be among the biggest returning investments on the global market in the coming years, with predictions of over 800% in 10 years being the norm. In the seminar at the Hilton Metropole, London on Tuesday the 10th May, Property Frontiers will educate investors on how they can achieve such incredible returns. The seminar starts at 18:30.

Property Frontiers' Bamboo investment is projected to bring a return or 895% and offers guaranteed returns in years 1, 2 and 3. The seminar will aim to show investors:

- Why Bamboo is a good investment
- Why Yale University verifies return projections
- How the guaranteed returns are assured
- How to invest in Bamboo
- One thing the credit crunch left investors with, except for a huge hole in their wallet in most cases, ...
... was the knowledge that every property portfolio should be diversified with other investment products. Because of the similar structure to property investments, alternative investments, such as carbon credits, and timber have become very popular with property investors and none more popular than Bamboo.

Bamboo is a very powerful package: in Bamboo investments, investors buy into a plot within the plantation, along with a crop of Bamboo. This is then grown and professionally managed and cared for by the plantation staff, before being sold for a return. Unlike most wood investments which start to bring returns after three years, Bamboo brings returns annually from year one, because it grows 3 times faster than other trees.

But the best thing about Bamboo investment is that demand and growth are much more stable and assured that property.

Bamboo is only grown in tropical climates, and while offering sufficient strength to be used in construction, it is much lighter than other woods. What's more, because of its rapid growth potential it is also less expensive, as a result it is currently being used in construction projects throughout Asia. With deforestation still a massive worry, Bamboo's use is set to grow massively in the coming years. But its saving other trees is only one green aspect. Bamboo consumes more co2 than other trees and produces more oxygen, meaning it is a powerful soldier in the fight against global warming.

In short: Bamboo is a lean green alternative investment machine. Find out how it works at 18:30, May 10th at the Hilton Metropole, London.
