5.Open the corresponding PRI file by using the Notepad.

The last message in this file is the last successfully processes message by the Migration Wizard.
From here, determine the unsuccessful processed email that caused the access violation in the Mailbox Migration Wizard.

6.Remove the unsuccessful processed email that follows this last email in the PRI file from the Lotus Notes mailbox.

7.Restart the Mailbox Migration Wizard.
