Being overweight is not only an appearance issue, but also a health issue. Are you overweight? Well when you are overweight you should take steps to have a nice appearance and health condition again. For The negative impact of overweight is very harmful. Being overweight can also affect a person's joints, breathing, sleep, mood, and energy levels. Well if you are only slightly overweight, that can even be helpful; but when you are vey obese, it’s the time to save yourself.

Many diseases like coronary heart disease, diabetes, stroke, hypertension and dyslipidemia can be caused by obesity. For women, being overweight can be more dangerous than man, for this severely affect their fertility.

Stay away from fried food and junk food. Before bedtime no big meals are suggested. Well, don’t forget to do exercise on a regular basis.

Add some new food into your diet. Fruits and vegetables top the first. Fruits and vegetables contain low calorie and high fiber. They are good sources of vitamins and fiber. Build your meals around fish, poultry and animal livers. Eggs and milk are packed with protein. Water plays big role in weight loss. Drink eight to ten glasses of water each day can fasten your metabolism.

As for doing exercise, aerobic exercise is good choice. You can choose from cycling, walking, rowing or jogging for about half an hour each day. Hold on to this on a regular basis. The result will turn to be obvious.
