1.On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.
2.Click the Advanced tab.
3.Click to clear the Do not save encrypted pages to disk check box, and then click OK.

Workaround: To work around this issue, follow a link from a web page such as https://website/default.htm and save the file to your local hard disk, and then opening the file locally.

Scenario 3:

Adobe Acrobat .pdf documents may not print correctly in a Terminal Services session or after you use Fast User Switching in Windows XP

Consider next scenario when you print an Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.pdf) file, the page layout is correct, yet the text is printed as squares.

Cause: This occurs when the print spooler runs as session0. Terminal Services sessions and Fast User Switching log ons run in a different session ID. The print spooler cannot access the font because the font is in another session.

Resolution: Do not log on to the computer as another user by using Fast User Switching. Also avoid to print the Adobe Acrobat .pdf file in a Terminal Services session.
